For Wilshere Dacre Pupils:  Children make their way from their classrooms at the end of the school day, where they will be met by our team members. They will be a familiar face to the children as they will be with them throughout the sessions at Cookie Club. We keep the school updated with who we’re expecting on a regular basis, so school staff will remind children at the end of the school day if they are coming to Cookie Club. For Strathmore Pupils: Reception children are collected from their classrooms and children in Years 1 & 2 are collected from the Library at the end of the school day by our team members. They will be a familiar face to the children as they will be with them throughout the sessions at Cookie Club. We keep the school updated with who we’ll be collecting on a regular basis, so school staff will either wait with children in their classrooms, or for older children, let them walk from their classrooms to the Library meeting point. They then walk to the Cookie Club cars and travel the short drive to Cookie Club at Wilshere Dacre. We have a great relationship with both schools and are able to discuss how their day has been, as well as any important information at pick up time.  ​ When children arrive at the club, they hang up their things and wash their hands for snack. We sit down at the table and often talk about our day.​
