A regular booking allows you to establish a recurring weekly schedule, ensuring that your child’s sessions are secured as outlined in your plan. Once the regular booking is confirmed, we will set your child’s schedule accordingly. You will receive an invoice for the entire academic year (or for the remaining portion if your booking starts later in the year), which will be split into monthly instalments. We require a four-week notice period to cancel part or all of your booking. If your needs change and you wish to make adjustments, we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.

You can make flexi or one-off bookings with us. To do this, you must be registered with our online booking system, MagicBooking, and ensure your child’s profile is complete with all current and relevant information. To request a booking, please fill out the flexi booking request form, which can be found here. Please note that flexi bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Our admin team will review your request and let you know if we can accommodate the booking. Bookings made two weeks or more before the requested session date will be charged at our regular rate, while those made within two weeks of the requested date will be charged at our flexi rate.
