New Regular Booking - Register Your Interest

To express your interest in a new regular booking, please fill out this form and submit it to our Admin team. They will review your request and, depending on availability, either offer you a space or place you on a waiting list.

COMPLETE A 'REGISTER YOUR INTEREST' FORM

Once you have completed the form, our admin team will look over your details. If there is availability, you will receive a 'New Offer' email, offering you the sessions that are available. If there is not currently availability, you will receive a 'Waiting List' email, confirming that you have been placed on our waiting list. Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process this.

REGISTRATION

Once you have accepted a place with us, we will send you a link to register with our online booking system, MagicBooking. Please promptly register and complete your child's profile so that we can add your new booking.

ACCEPT/DECLINE YOUR OFFER

When you receive your 'New Offer' email, you will be asked to respond to the offer by a specified date. Simply respond to the 'New Offer' email to accept or decline the sessions.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Once we have been able to book your child's place on the MagicBooking system, you will receive a booking confirmation email. This means that your child will now appear on our registers and we are ready to welcome them to thier new booked sessions at the club!
